5. . . . that is willing to provide you with full and fair disclosure about the home you are seeking, so you will know what it is you are buying before you sign on the dotted line.
   
   
6. . . . that wants you to be present for the inspection to point out anything they find.
   
   
7. . . . that does not prepare his inspection report onsite or in their vehicle. The inspector may also need to do further research before issuing the final inspection report. A homebuyer needs time to review their report and contemplate what is likely the biggest investment of their life before waiving any conditions. Don’t get caught up with buying on emotion alone, meet with the inspector later to review the report in further detail.
